Commission Regulation No 73/2010 was approved on 26th January 2010. This regulation shall enter into force on 20th day after its publication in the Official Journal of European Union on 27th January.

European Commission Regulation (EU) No 73/2010 will enter into force on 16th February 2010

This Regulation lays down the requirements on the quality of aeronautical data and aeronautical information for the single European sky.

 

Regulation No 73/2010 shall apply to European air traffic management network (EATMN) systems, their constituents and associated procedures involved in the origination, production, storage, handling, processing, transfer and distribution of aeronautical data and aeronautical information.

 

This Regulation applies to providers of air navigation services, including State joint stock company “Latvijas Gaisa Satiksme”.
