The main goal of Development Department is analytical and informational support of LGS Administration and Top-managers in order to achieve the business-goals of the company.
Department is responsible for:
- analysis of Air Navigation tendencies in the European Region and support of Sub-Regional cooperation,
- advisory support to development and implementation of new procedures, systems and technologies,
- improvement of current ATM procedures and methods of technical operation of systems and equipment,
- expertise of personnel training and qualification improvement programs.
Department is also responsible for:
- elaboration of development plans and programs,
- exploratory design and accompaniment of the Projects,
- solution of non-standard tasks, i.e. engineering and economical assessment and consideration,
- expertise of development programmes, specifications, technical requirements etc.,
- continuously improved maintenance of systems and equipment,
- representation of LGS on international meetings and working groups.
