Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Dins Merirands has obtained a Master of Social Sciences Degree in Law and a Master of Humanities Degree in Baltic Sea Region Studies at the University of Latvia.

Currently, he holds the position of chairman of the board of the State Ltd. „Road Transport Administration”. Previous work experience – Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, Director of the Energy Department at the Ministry of Economics, Deputy Director, Head of the Energy Market Division of the Energy Department at the Ministry of Economics, Head of the Electricity and Gas Market Division of the Energy Department at the Ministry of Economics.

Chairman of the LGS Supervisory Board since 21.11.2016. Dins Merirands will hold office for the second term until 20.11.2026.
