Quality Management
To ensure the quality of its air traffic control services, in 2000 LGS introduced a quality control system. Since 2001 it has been certified according to the ISO 9001 standard, which is confirmed with a certificate obtained from the relevant certification body.
The last recertification audit of the LGS quality control system was performed in 2019.
The certified area of operation is “Provision of air traffic services (ATS, CNS, AIS, MET) and briefing services, Air traffic flow management (ATFM), Air space usage management, Training of air traffic controllers, air traffic information service operators (FIS and AFIS) and air traffic safety equipment personnel (ATSEP), Elaboration, validation and maintenance of flight procedures”.
